“ I was skeptical at first but this place won me over. Good quality food and sizable portions, especially for Japan, the soup curry is well worth a try. If you can't read Japanese, it may be difficult to order but they may have English menus -- I didn't check. I ordered the "samurai special", which is basically all the meats, with a spiciness level of 2. I could easily have gone higher but didn't really know what to expect so I played it safe. I came here with kids so I didn't truly get to enjoy the food, but it was fried well, the rice was good, and the curry was flavorful. The kid's curry was a hit with the kids as well, so this place works if you come here with young kids. Located on the second floor of the new shopping area "green springs" in tachikawa, this place is worth a visit if you're in the area. This goes double if you're craving a huge meal. ”

“ I ordered the 20 different vegetables curry with medium (level 3) spiciness and coconut flavor together with a medium sized portion of rice for take out. The portion was more than enough to satiate. The curry had a perfect blend of spices which was only enhanced by the added coconut flavor. The vegetables come partially boiled in the curry as well as layered on top of it (these were lightly fried). My taste buds bursted out in euphoria when I tasted the first spoon full of this golden rich curry broth. The sheer amount of flavor and complexity enchanted me from the beginning. The rice acts as a nice balance to calm the burst of this flavor explosion. The vegetables are all perfectly done to their own requisites. This was a unique and mouth-watering spin on the Classical Japanese curry and I can only highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of going to try it. In short: satiating, delicious, flavorful and complex curry that you'll enjoy from the first to the last bite. ”
